He is survived by: his wife Jan Meadows (Hankins); his children, Mark Meadows (Angela) of Bradenton, FL and Cathy Ryan (Gary) of Heath, OH; his stepdaughters, Kris Cornwell (Burton) and Kim Keating; his brother Michael Meadows of Newark, OH; his grandchildren, Taylor, Cassie, Rachel, Jared, Christopher, Mackenzie, Morgan, Madison, Tyler, Brooke and Celeste; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Raelynn, Charlotte, Macie, Garrett and Jade; his daughter-in-law Lucy Roback; and his nieces, Tricia Khwaja (Shams) of Fresno, CA, Mary Montgomery (Dave) of Oakwood, OH and Ashley Morgan (John) of Newark, OH.
