He is survived by: his parents, David Parker Sr. and Brenda Tom (Brouard); his stepfather Rick Tom; his brother Matthew Parker (Amanda) of Johnson City, TN; his stepsiblings, Miranda Carnahan, David Parker, Jr. and Katherine Johnson; his grandmother Betty Fries; his aunts, Sharon Brouard and Nancy Brouard; his uncle David Brouard; and his friends, John Roth, Donna Freas, Michele Tackett, Brian Pressnell, Adam Miller and Nickie Miller.
