He is survived by: his wife Patti Smith (Zinn); his children, Baron (Courtney), Chase (Sara) and Amanda; his grandchildren, Jaica, Keelan, Keller and Palmer; his pet Charlie; and his siblings, Tony Boler, Rhonda Saling (Paul), Rocky Smith (Connie) and Jeanie Denman (Kevin).
