He is survived by: his wife Linda Mai (Smith); his daughters, Laura Lee Mozer (Stuart) of Raleigh and Brenda Lee Mai of Raleigh; his stepchildren, Richard Mitchell (Kristina) of Newark, Christine Lee Bosworth (Christopher) of Pickerington and Theresa Reeves (Michael) of Baltimore; and his grandchildren, Brianne, Casey, Kyle, Tanner, Madison, Adrienne, Nicole, Kaitlyn and Julia. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
