She is survived by: her husband Edward Slack, Sr.; her children, Randy Armstrong, Steven Armstrong (Tammy), Tara Newlon, Sarah Slack and Edward Slack, Jr.; and her siblings, Richard Bailey, Sarah Cline (Gary) and David Bailey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
