He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Boothe and Maggie Boothe (Carr); his wife Joetta L. Boothe (Boone); and his children, Darlene Baker and Rodney Boothe.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Collier (Eddie); his daughter-in-law Debbie Boothe; and his grandchildren, Tina Proffit (Dewayne), Chandra Burns (Patrick), Rachel Floyd (Jeff), David McCain, Luke Clark (Malissa), Yvonne Young (Jeremy), Rebecca Pelletier, Joetta Sheperd (Roger) and Andrew Spray (Crystal). He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
