She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Adamczyk and Ruth Adamczyk (Smith); her husband William D. Martin; her daughter Samantha; her siblings, Ben, Denise and Dennis; and her pet Stella.
She is survived by: her son Peter W. Martin (Katie) of Newark.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service (59 N 5th St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
