He is survived by: his brother Basketball; his daughters, Lori Richardson (Jason) of Glenford and Kathryn Nearhood (Mike Roberts) of Gahanna, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Samantha Brehm (Kevin Morehouse, Jr.), Jennifer Richardson, Kendra Richardson, Kyle Richardson, Lindsay Clark, Hunter Nearhood and Mason Nearhood; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Josie, Tucker, Peyton, Arianna, Haylee, Roman and Luna; his siblings, Glenn Kitchen (Becky Stahl) of Troy and Janet Wright of Van; his sister-in-law Donna Kitchen of Lancaster, Ohio.; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Sheipline, Kris Skinner, Mark Wright, Aaron Wright and Curtis Kitchen; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelyn Hughes, Kyle Skinner, Coy Kitchen and Fallyn Kitchen; and his caregivers, Jason and Carrie.
