He is survived by: his wife Vickie Norris; his daughters, Evelyn Price (Russell) and Sherrie Perkins (Christopher); his grandchildren, Jenna, Tarryn, Luke and Emilie; and his siblings, Charles, Ernie, Bill Norris, Linda Fox, Sharon Melton, Melody Day and Molly Norris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Snouffer Chapel (1150 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
