He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Tim and Carrisa Johnson; his brother Kenneth Eugene; his siblings-in-law, Emilene Johnson and Gene Holman (Carmella); his cousins, Connie and Bob Able; Charles, Deb Bowman, Lisa, Tim Giles, Rick Johnson, Ken, Lori Johnson, Bobbie Mae Cade, Carol Wickline, Phyllis Shifflett, Clifford, Paul Lucas, Mary, Terra, Tiffany and Kenny. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
