He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Osborn and Betty L. Osborn (Welch); and his brother Richard W. Osborn. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Osborn (Sturm); his children, Rick Osborn (Tammy), Michelle Osborn, Charles Osborn (Shy) and Timothy Michael Osborn; his grandchildren, Natalie, Nathan, Alex, Isabell, Charles and Dwayne; and his siblings, Delee Painter, Kim Bruah (Tom), Dan Osborn and Rob Osborn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
