He was predeceased by: his father Jack Arnold; and his brother Christopher Orr. He is survived by: his wife Joan Orr (Armstrong); his children, Heather Yost (Jesse) of Columbus and Nathan Orr (Andie) of Newark; his sisters, Gae Cox (Stu) of Thornville and Christina Osborn (Harry) of Newark; and his grandchildren, Ethyn, Benni, Eralyn, Zella, Ian, Michael and Caari. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
