He is survived by: his children, Isaiah Phillips and Taylor Rostofer (Kody); his partner Stacy Carr; his father Joseph "Fred" Phillips; and his siblings, Barry Phillips (Lisa), Terry Phillips and Sherry Tapia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
