She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Siders and Edith Siders (Long); her husband Jerry Higley; and her son Jeffrey Higley (Tammy). She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Cannon (James) of Newark, Teresa Leisure (Edwin) of Newark, Kathy Higley of Newark, Rick of Newark, Lori Stephens (Ora) of Saint Louisville and Joel Higley (Maretta) of Lynco; and her close friends, James Pennybaker, Kristy Williams, Michelle Long and Mary Long. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; thirty-two great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
