She was predeceased by: her uncle Jerry Arter. She is survived by: her parents, Harry Arter and Sandra Arter (Gould); her husband Joseph "Joe" L. Spears; her children, Ashley Yantis and Cody Yantis; her grandson Kayden; her stepchildren, Jacob Spears (Lindsey) and Aliya Spears (Fred); her brothers, Tim Arter (Rachell) and Tom Arter; and her aunts and uncles, David Gould, Terry Gould, Patricia Riffle (James) and Larry Arter. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made in Victoria's name to the American Heart Association.
