She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Levingston and Sarah C. Levingston (Wilson); her husband Paul S. Mills; her sons, William L. Mills, Paul Steven Mills and Ray A. Mills; her daughter-in-law Gloria Anna Mills; and her siblings, Linda Elliott, Jean Dunlap, Joann Cutright and Kenneth L. "Sonny" Levingston.

She is survived by: her son Gary; her daughters-in-law, Marsha Mills (Jeffrey Mills) and Sharon Mills; her daughter Judith; her children-in-law, Stephen Sargent and Pam Mills; and her sister Patricia Sutton. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
