He is survived by: his children, Shawna Martin (Derek Rhodeback) and Stefan Chilcote; and his sisters, Carol Anderson and Sue Smith (Dan). He is also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, charitable contributions be made to Hospice of Central Ohio, a cause close to his family's heart.
