He was predeceased by: his parents, Swazy Wright and Anna Wright (Thompson); his parents-in-law, Eugene and Pearl Trott (Donaldson); his son-in-law Michael Hupp; and his siblings, Denzel Wright, Darryl Wright, Alan Wright, Donna Boring, Shirley Wilson, Arlene Stewart and Bev Siegle.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Kay Wright (Trott); his daughters, Julie and Tara; and his siblings, David Wright, Linda Varner (Bruce), John Hughes (Theresa) and Beth Colvin (Clint). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at the Newark Memorial Gardens (4244 Marion Rd NE, Newark, OH 43055).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Heart Association, American Cancer Association, or Hospice of Central Ohio.
