He was predeceased by: his father Otto Mills; his wife Elsie L. Mills; his daughter Susan Moore; and his siblings, Ralph Clary, Raymond Clary, Forest Mills, Gleneva Clary, Eleanor Mills and Aileen Mills.
He is survived by: his son Steve O. Mills (JoAnn); his son-in-law Jeff Moore (Bonny Roddy); his grandchildren, Lindsay Eason (Kyle), Aaron Mills, Mary Ellyse Mills-Turner (Zachary), Mark Moore (Cara) and Molly Pensyl (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Zachary Jr., Liam, Jameson, Eliza, Connor and Carly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
