He is survived by: his wife Pamela Lash (Sturm); his children, Cassandra Lash, Miranda Lash (Clint Fletcher), Merry Kendall and Billy Lash; his stepdaughter Tracy Reed (Steven); his grandchildren, Nevaeh Starr Lash-Taylor, Nathaniel Lash-Taylor, Jason Ryan, Hailey Ryan, Jessica Ryan and Erin Irene Pelfrey; his stepgrandchildren, Dylan Borgersen and Kelsey Diller; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Damian and Aurora Borgersen; his siblings-in-law, Vickie Boychan (Augie), Patty Parker, Gary Jenkins (Teresa) and Jeffrey Jenkins (Paula); and his close friend Patty Blayney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
