He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Rose (Schneider); his sons, Clint Rose (Heather) and Adam Rose (Kate); his grandchildren, Emma Rose (Eryn Hendrickson), Gavin Rose and Austin Rose; his sister-in-law Georgeann Rose; and his close friend Jerry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or the Licking County Humane Society.
