He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Skinner and Gladys Skinner (Morelock); and his siblings, Bud Skinner and Lois Yahnke. He is survived by: his wife Iola Skinner (Bateman); his children, Sandra Sterrett, Susan Skinner, James Skinner (Ruth) and Wayne Skinner (Mel); and his sister Esther Delaney. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
