He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Cassidy and Helen F. Cassidy; and his brothers, George Logan Cassidy and Patrick J. Cassidy (Barbara Cassidy). He is survived by: his siblings, Hugh F. Cassidy (Maryann E.), Mary Ellen Greene (Thomas K.) and Dennis John Cassidy; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Colleen Rose Cassidy, Catherine Anne Rose Cassidy, Erin Frances Greene (Herman "Gus" Diggs) and Jonathan Andrew Greene. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
