She was predeceased by: her spouse Salvy; her parents, Donato Forlani and Concetta Forlani (DiRocco); and her brother Danny. She is survived by: her children, Beth Mahne (late Dennis) and Mark Farinacci; and her sibling Sal Forlani (Karen).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Helen's Catholic Church (12060 Kinsman Rd, Newbury Township, OH 44065). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Helen's Church (12060 Kinsman Rd, Newbury Township, OH 44065).
