He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Loboda); his children, Sherry Loxterman (Chris), Frank Madej (Mitzi) and Michael Madej (Rachel); and his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Veronica, Gabriel, Viviana, Lolek, Joseph, Frantiska, Mildred, Julia, Kateri and Emmanuel.
