She was predeceased by: her father Robert Folkert. She is survived by: her brother Bink Folkert of West Lafayette; her brother-in-law Ronald Furbay of Newcomerstown; and her nieces and nephews, Debbie Belt (Dave), Dean Furbay (Jill), Robbie Folkert and Alan Folkert (Shannon).
