She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Mathew and Vivian Mathew (Mitchell). She is survived by: her husband Eugene Ray McFadden; her children, Amanda Ruth McFadden (Justin Perkins) of Rushsylvania and Mitchell Ray McFadden of Cleveland; her granddaughter Eleanor Phoebe McFadden; and her brother David Mathew (Donna) of Dresden.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Addy Funeral Home (406 W State St, Newcomerstown, OH 43832).
