Booth (Andrea) of Newcomerstown; his grandchildren, Isabella, Olivia Limperos, Aubree and Ainslee; his sister Brenda Casteel (Richard) of Newcomerstown; his brothers-in-law, Brian Etter (Jody) and Scott Etter (Lori); his mother-in-law Sandra Etter; his uncle Duane Smith; his sibling's children, Kristen Casteel, Vivian Etter and Adam Etter (Samantha); his great-nieces, Sophia and Brooklyn; and his cousins, Richard and Ron Smith.
