She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Kramer and Frankie Kramer (Snodgrass). She is survived by: her husband Jerry Taggart; her sons, Joe Konkle (Mandy Jarman) and Jim Konkle (Karen); her grandchildren, Sam, Tyler, Kara, Gabbie, Kameron and Maddy; and her siblings, Jerry and Mark Kramer (Sherri). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
