He was predeceased by: his parents, George Richard and Eula Virginia Rooks (Kuhn); his brother Richard Rooks; his sister-in-law Holly Mullett; and his parents-in-law, Forrest G. Mullett and Audrey L. Mullett.
He is survived by: his wife Traci Rooks; his children, Lindsey Ann Twardoski (Ricky), Ashley Lynn Leggett (Trent) and Stephen Hunter Rooks; his grandchild Braiden Twardoski; his sisters, Marguerite Rooks and Marsha Harrington; and his siblings-in-law, Carrie Rooks, Nancy Gibson (Mike), Lee Roth, Jeff Roth and Forrest Mullett (Jamie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Victory Assembly of God (311 S College St #1221, Newcomerstown, OH 43832).
