She is survived by: her daughter Jane Ann Soter of Newcomerstown; her grandchildren, Timothy Alan Soter Jr. (Angela) of Monroe, NC and Renee Ann Soter (Mitchell Hinson) of Monroe, NC; her great grandchild Timothy Alan Soter III; and her brother Fred Clough (Colleen) of Newcomerstown.
