Though Howard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his stepbrother Garry Daniels (Kimberly). He is survived by: his wife Laytoya Boor; his daughters, Joselynn Boor and Alyssa Pippin; his sisters, Jessica Rankin (Corey), Gwendolyn Blackwell (David), Salena Foster (James) and Amanda Hutton (Mark); his stepsister Dawn Frizzell (Matt); his mother-in-law Dyan Webb; and his close friend Travis Shalosky. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
