She is survived by: her children, Ruth Hulthen (Mark), Donna Kohl (Bill Willis), Linda Klark (Allen), Sally Albrigo (Edward), Karen Jacobs (Jeff), Amy Hoag (Arthur) and John Kohl. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was an active community volunteer, serving with Girl Scouts, Red Cross swimming lessons, Meals on Wheels and donating blood.
