He was predeceased by: his father Jan Johns. He is survived by: his mother Kathe Mizer (Frenton) of Tucson, AZ.; his children, AnnieDale J. Johns and Coy M. Johns (Cari) of Newcomerstown; his granddaughter Suttyn K. Johns; his stepfather Dave Mizer of Tucson, AZ; and his siblings, Janet Kendall (Mark) of Tucson, AZ, Jeff Mizer (Becky) of Atwood, KS and Greg Mizer (Beth) of Fort Collins, CO.. He is also survived by his two children and new granddaughter.

Donations may be made in Jon's memory to the Coshocton County 4-H Endowment Fund, OSU extension 724 S. Seventh St., Coshocton, OH 43812.
