He is survived by: his parents, John Kuczmarski and Cassie Bowers (Larkin); and his siblings, Cody Kuczmarski of Cambridge, Cory Kuczmarski of Newcomerstown, Dakota Dishon of Pittsburgh, Bailey Bowers of Cambridge, Skie Kuczmarski of Oakwood Village and Cheyenne Dishon of Caldwell.
