She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Thornton and Orella Mae Thornton (Heston); her husband Stanley Morrison; her former life partner Donald Jones; her son Donnie Morrison; and her son-in-law Michael Decker.

She is survived by : her children, Lonnie Thornton, Alesia Decker of Port Washington, S. Scott Morrison and Kay Morrison of Port Washington; her granddaughters, Samantha Thornton (Bryan Parker), Amber Rehard (Robert III) and Ashley Decker (Ryan Tudor); her great grandchildren, Alexa Schuler and Makayla Rehard; and her brothers, Clarance "Jack" Thornton and Robert "Bob" Thornton.

In lieu of flowers can be donated to the Humane Society, Scheonbrunn Rehab Activity Department, or Frys Valley Moravian Church.
