With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lelia Welch of Newcomerstown, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lelia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lelia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Eggleston and Grace Eggleston (Kenney). She is survived by: her sons, Scott Welch and Kevin Welch (Mandy); her grandson Daniel Welch; her great grandchild Aubrie Marie Welch; and her sister Beverly Rominger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
