She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Addy and Mary Addy (Ross); her husband Clyde D. Carruthers; and her brother Paul Addy. She is survived by: her children, Donald R. Carruthers (Ann) and Debra Bush (Michael) of Newcomerstown; her grandchildren, Angel Ott-Lasher (Victor), Steve Bush, Katie Goodwill (Edward) and Kristen Stoffer (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Maria Lasher, Garrett, Gwen Stoffer, Theo and Hollis Goodwill.
