He is survived by: his children, Kayla Thompson (Maria) of Woodsfield and Kevin Cunningham (Laura) of Bethesda, Ohio; his grandchildren, Abigail Thompson, Lucas and Amelia Cunningham; and his siblings, Shirley Patterson, Terry Cunningham, Karen Arnold (Ed), James Cunningham (Robin) and Bonnie Cunningham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
