He is survived by : his wife Lisa Addy; his children, Rusty Addy of Dennison and Krista Hizer (James) of New Philadelphia; and his siblings, Lynn Addy, Martin Addy (Jackie), Jay Addy (Char), Susan Norman Addy and Victor Addy.
