He is survived by : his daughters, Elaine Vorwerk (Gary) of Circleville and Karen (Matthew); his grandchildren, Nicholas Vorwerk (Ciara), Holly Vorwerk, Jacob Friend (Emily) and Lauren Smith (Camron); and his half-brother Jeff Orr (Nancy) of Newcomerstown.
