He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Martin and Thelma Martin; his wife Janis Boots; and his daughter Tami Larson. He is survived by: his son Jay Martin (Connie); his grandchildren, Devin, Jordan (Denise), Kelby, Finn and Sahai; his great grandchild Riley; and his son-in-law Dudley Larson.
