He is survived by: his wife Janice Mendenhall; his sons, Ricky Mendenhall and Timothy Mendenhall (Brenda); his grandsons, Greg Mendenhall (Harlee) and Cody Mendenhall (Britney); his great grandchild Paisley Mae Mendenhall; and his siblings, Doyle Mendenhall (Beverly) and Bethel Caldwell (Junior). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
