He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lane; his children, Cheryl Blankenship (Dave) and Jamie Farmer (Ben); his grandchildren, Jessica, David Blankenship (Adrian), Ashley Hammer (Shaun), Jacob Binegar (Emily), Peyton and Tyler Farmer; his great grandchildren, Daylan, Aspen Hammer, Mason and Magnolia Binegar; his sister Carolyn Smith; and his pet Sarah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, friends and coworkers.
