He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred E. Rogers and Almeda Rogers (Finch). He is survived by: his wife Bernice Rogers (Downard); his daughters, Rebecca Wayne of Newnan, Georgia, Diana Erhart (George) of Sherwood and JoAnne Qualls (Garry) of Newport News, Virginia; his siblings, Shirley Clark (John) of Lisbon and Fred A. Rogers (Sylvia) of Summitville; his grandchildren, Samuel Erhart, Zachary Erhart, Victoria Qualls, Katherine Qualls and Virgie Ta (Victor); and his great grandchildren, Rylee Erhart and Oliver Erhart.
