He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Binegar and Verna McPeek Binegar; and his siblings, James, David Binegar and Marilyn Mason.

He is survived by : his children, Christina Sebroski (John) of Pittsburgh, Brady Binegar (Pam) of Newport and Aaron Binegar (Sonja) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Chad, Megan Sebroski, Jessica Mason, Keith Binegar and Erica Simms; his great grandchildren, Kristopher, Veronica, Kaydin, Aliyah, Rilynn, Oaklynn, Bryor and Vivian; and his siblings, Marla Arthur, Cheryl Thomas, Kyla Kidd, Shirley Riesenberger and Jerry Binegar (Sharon Heiney).
