He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Swindler Sr. and Elizabeth Swindler; and his siblings, Ron Tripodi, Barb Salyard and Mary D. Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Candace Swindler; and his siblings, Kenny Tripodi, Tony Swindler, Delmar Swindler Jr., Rocky Tripodi, John Swindler and Betty Ann Pasack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lane Roberts-Clark Chapel (180 Garfield Dr NE, Warren, OH 44483). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Charles' memory to Healthy Hearts and Paws at 909 Martin Luther King Blvd. SW, Warren, OH 44485, to help all the animals in need.
