She was predeceased by: her parents, Darryl Wheeler and Betty Wheeler (Campbell); and her husband Wayne Raber. She is survived by: her children, Angela Wilcox, Jennifer Moore (Josh) and Charles Simpson, III; and her siblings, Rebecca Wiseman, Cynthia Brennan, Darryl Wheeler, Jr., Timothy Wheeler and Mark Wheeler. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
