Matthew Stimac Obituary
In loving memory of Matthew Stimac in Newton Falls, Ohio, who departed this world on March 4, 2026 at the age of 90. Matthew leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Matthew farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Matthew is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ardelji Stimac and Matthew Stimac; and his brothers, Joseph P. Stimac and William Stimac. He is survived by: his wife Lillian; his children, Matthew J. Stimac and Deanna Stimac (Earl Brass); and his sister Mary Ann Boyd. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Croatian Fraternal Union Scholarship Fund, 100 Delaney Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15235.
