He was predeceased by: his parents, Ola E. Bell and Lynn F. Bell; his wife Edwina M. Bell; and his brother Frank Bell. He is survived by: his children, Claudia Furlan (Cy) of New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, Mark Bell of Niles and Theodore Bell (Diane) of Braceville Township; and his grandchildren, Noah Furlan, Sarah, Maelee and Preston Bell.
